Raising funds and awareness for internally displaced refugees in Northern Nigeria. Without religious, political or tribal affiliation.
We are ONE.
NRAG was formed by a few like-minded Nigerians to address the need of displaced persons in the Northern region of Nigeria. Every single one of us is a volunteer; of our time, resources, skill and most important, our hearts. All our efforts are simply humanitarian with no restrictions to accessing/distributing aid.
We aim to do everything we can to raise both the funding to offer practical help to our beleaguered brethren and as much awareness nationally and internationally.
Residents are terrified and resources are stretched to the hilt and this will only continue to worsen. Children, women, men in their droves are running scared, hungry and so many have lost everything and everyone except the lives they have been spared.
We are currently setting up cloth banks , organising food drives, and fund raising events locally to assist those in need.
Sad to say, this heartbreaking crisis is only escalating so our target has to be a long-term one. Our short-term goals are URGENT and we cannot do it without YOU.
We currently need to send in medications, food and provide blankets to the refugee camps we can access. Please help us reach our target and let them know that they have NOT been abandoned and that we are ONE!
