Notre Dame Choir: Carnegie Hall

The Notre Dame High School Concert Choir has been selected to perform as part of the National Youth Choir in Carnegie Hall in March of 2018. This honor was earned by giving gold-rated performances at the Heritage Festival for two consecutive years.
Students attending this trip will stay at the Roosevelt Hotel in Manhattan, spending three intensive days in rehearsal with world-renowned conductor of the St. Olaf Choir: Dr. Anton Armstrong. Together with other students around the country, they will rehearse a demanding program, culminating in a final performance at Carnegie Hall.
Funds raised will go to help students pay for their hotel, meals, travel, sightseeing, and tickets to see two Broadway shows while in NYC. The main purpose for this account is to make this trip possible for students who can not currently afford to go.
Currently, about two-thirds of the choir plans to attend. With your help, we can make this an opportunity available to 100% of the students.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, not just to experience New York City, but to have a life-changing musical experience in one of the most famous performance venues in the world.
