Trout broke his foot.

Our boy (dog) trout broke his foot Saturday night. We were outside and he was on his runner.

Something must have caught his eye and he took off after it. When he did his foot got caught up in the runner and when there was no more slack it snapped his toes.

Took him to the ER that night ($650 visit)

We have two options.

1) Take him every two weeks for 10-12 weeks to have the splint replaced.

2) Take him to a orthopedic specialists
