Mobility Van Needed

I am 36 years old and was diagnosed with triple vessel coronary artery disease, and rare autoimmune disorder sarcoidosis which is causing severe arthritis. I am very limited by both my heart function and arthritis. More and more I am finding I need to use my power wheelchair to get around. Locally I use the busses when I can, however, living in a rural area has been difficult. Due to my disability, I am unable to work and have only a small income. I am seeking funds to help me buy an appropriate Van and have a ramp made. Having done the research, I believe I could get a reliable van and have a ramp installed for $4000 to $5000. I will be trying to save the difference during this campaign. Every dollar counts and will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Jalo
