Missio Dei 2015 Missions Fundraiser

Friends! Family! Followers! I have VERY exciting news! As you may remember around this time last year, I told you I was going to be entering my third and final year as a Journeyman at Missio Dei. Well, this was true, as I am finishing this year as a Journeyman, however, my exciting news is that this year will not be my final year with Missio Dei!
As of this week I am officially proud to announce that I have been invited back to Missio Dei as an Assistant Staff Discipler, in which I will be as a junior staff member with Missio Dei and have the opportunity to lead small groups, along with doing social media and serving as an armor bearer to the executive staff.
During this next step in my journey I will be applying and interviewing for ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God in Georgia and preparing for where God will lead me to serve Him next.
As a part of this exciting journey, I am in need of raising monthly support to provide basic essentials (food, toiletries and gas) as well as support to be able to spend time in one-on-one discipleship with some of the Journeymen next year.

What have your prior gifts contributed to?
Well, a lot really:
In April, because of your faithfulness and support, I will be traveling to the Dominican Republic to serve in children’s and construction ministry.
This summer I will be traveling with Missio Dei on our first ever Summer Journey for high schoolers! (Details on that here: mymissionsjourney.com/one-month)

Throughout this entire year, the Lord has been teaching me two basic themes for my life:

·        Faithfulness – Finances, relationships, studies, integrity.

·        Armor Bearing – Learning to lead others by setting the example of serving my own leaders.

God has really transformed me this year and given me the heart of a willing servant, and I am more excited than ever to be able to serve under Pastor Mike Holt and Pastor Jessica Riner next year, as well as Pastor Kyle and Pastor Skyler, our Staff Disciplers.

What I am challenging is that you would consider being one of my monthly supporters for this next year.

Whether it’s $1 or $100, one-time, weekly, or monthly, every amount helps and will be going towards the work of God’s Kingdom and serving the vision of Mission of God Ministries – “Resourcing leaders to reach the lost on the doorstep of every home and heart in America and abroad.”
