Getting Your Stuff Stolen Sucks!

Hello friends!
As some of you may be aware of, my car was broken into this past week. I had gone to get a quick dinner after working and upon arriving back to my car, I saw that my window was shattered and my backpack filled with a few precious items had been taken.
I suffered around $3k in lost property due to having all things in one bag. However, not only were material items lost, but having my laptop gone also meant having most of my work and portfolio stripped from me.
As most of you know, photography is a huge part of my life. It is not only my hobby, but is also part of my career. Among the stolen item was one of my cameras. A small but poweful Olympus along with a lens that I had received as a birthday gift from my significant other, as well as photos I never got to save. It was one of my favorite things I owned and it will be missed dearly.
Moving forward, I am trying to look at the situation with a positive attitude as a chance for a fresh start. However, I'd like to ask for your help in purchasing a new camera. Anything is helpful!
