Help Community Leader, Marshall!

Marshall Rancifer is a long-time community leader and activist who understands from personal experience what it is like to struggle with addiction, to survive on the streets, and to work for transformational change. In the middle of the night, you will most likely find Marshall out on the streets, having conversations, being a friend in someone's time of need, and connecting people to resources. During the day, you might find him working with the Atlanta Harm Reduction Center providing life-saving services or, at City Hall or the state legislature advocating to end the criminalization of the poor and homeless. Marshall is a beloved community member who tirelessly marshals resources, offers compassion, and speaks truth to power. And now he needs our help. Due to his landlord's negligence, Marshall has to move out of his home by January 3rd. He needs help so that he can rent a new place for the next two months and pay his bills.
