Resolving My License

Thank you for visiting my story. I would appreciate it if you would read first. Most people would assume I had my license suspended due to some stupidity of my own like drunk driving or unpaid tickets but the truth of the matter is it was not because of any of that. This is what I will explain.

My License was suspended because I was involved in an at-fault accident as I was working and transporting clients with developmental disabilities and a client was hitting me and impaired my driving. I had full-coverage insurance at the time. But my License was suspended because of Financial Responsibility. This means I owe 7,863 dollars for damages to other vehicle since my Full-Coverage Insurance would not cover the accident since my Insurance Company refuses to cover the accident due to the vehicle being used during business. So with that being said my former employer would not extend liability insurance to it's employees which is odd because they require we have liability insurance and use our own vehicles. I just found out that most insurance companys wont cover personal vehicles if the accident was during business use. So because of my employers negligence to extend Insurance and because my full coverage would not be covered for other vehicle that I ended up with a suspended license and which resulted in loss of job from employer. So I have contacted lawyers and called legal services, my insurance company to get this resolved. I was advised by the lawyer to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. This would wipe the debt of the 8,000 and enable me to get my license back so I can work. 

I hate asking for help but I have been turned down job offers due to not having a license. Since I cannot work at this time I am asking for help so I can file Bankruptcy so I can get license back so I can work.

So I would need 335 dollars to file bankruptcy. Its 95 dollars to get reinstated with DMV, 26 dollars for  License and 1,500 for the lawyer. But I have worked out a solution with him that he would file Chapter 7 for 335 which is basically the court cost fee to file. Once he files I will get letter of filing. DMV says I need Filing Letter of Bankruptcy, SR22 Insurance and the 95 dollars for reinstatement. Then I will get my job offer once I have license and work out payment plan for the 1500 for lawyer. So all im asking for is the 335 to file and then I will be able to take care of the rest. Thank you for your help.
