Hospital Bills/Surgery Fees

Hello all you lovely people! I have recently been diagnosed with Stage B colon cancer. I am going to be getting surgery within the month. However, recuperation from the surgery takes about a month as well. I will technically be out of work for two months, provided everything goes smoothly, but obviously I will not be able to keep my job through all of this, as I am a 15-20 hour a week employee and just help with stocking merchandise. I would feel very awful leaving my coworkers hanging in the middle of season and would rather them get the efficient help they deserve while I concentrate on my health. Even if I was able to keep my job, I would still need help getting back on my feet. I am going to have to pay anesthesia/facility fees (hospital stay after the surgery, etc.) out of pocket. I put the goal at $3k, but honestly I'm happy with any help I receive, large or small.
