Work Injury/Facing Eviction

Hi everyone :) This isn't the first time I've been in need but it's the first time I've ever been in need enough to have to ask for help from the public. I don't usually accept charity unless it's an emergency and for a reason that is out of my control. This is one of those situations. About a month ago I injured myself on the job (grooming dogs), and have been out of work since. I re-herniated a lumbar disc in my back that I had surgery on last year, and require another surgery before I am allowed to return to work. I've been waiting on doctors appointments and opening a new L&I claim, and have been basically bed ridden. It could take up to a month for me to receive any time loss payments from L&I so I currently have no income. I've also just had to spend my last few dollars on cat food so I have no savings either. My ex-boyfriend, who is currently living with me at the house we rented together, is moving out on September 1st so I will have to pay the bills on my own. My rent of $745 is due on the 1st. Tacoma public utilities has also given me a disconnection notice for all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electric) if $334.66 isn't paid by August 22nd. I have called 211, salvation army, multiple churches, and other charities, looking for any assistance but the funds just aren't available. I've already been put on food stamps but I am almost out of funds there as well. I will need $1079 to be able to avoid utility disconnection and eviction. If anyone who knows me personally Is able to help, I of course would pay you back when I return to work after healing from surgery. This would be in about 2 months. For everyone else reading who can help, I would repay the favor in any way possible. I'm skilled in animal care, herbal medicine, photography, gardening, some computer work, cooking, and various other crafts. Maybe we could do some sort of work trade?!
