The North Garden Farmers Market needs your help to make this season a fruitful, fun, and engaging experience for the whole community.
The NGFM is a gathering place to meet and support the people who grow your food right here at home, and you get to savor produce at the peak of freshness!
So far the North Garden Farmers Market has been entirely volunteer-run. The NGFM is a non-profit organization, and to make it an even better experience for vendors and customers this year, we need a little help from our friends. That means you, dear friend.
Your donation will be instrumental in bringing the market to life this season. If we reach our goal, we'll be able to purchase key items needed and offer a part-time Market Manager a modest stipend! This will ensure that the North Garden Farmers Market becomes a self-sustaining, smoothly-run, steadfast part of our community.
When you come for an afternoon at the market, you'll enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that you helped to launch this exciting, healthy hub of activity for your local community.
Your donation will help with:
+ Signage for the market
+ Pop-up canopy, tables and chairs for the Community Booth
+ A table and chairs for our elders and less able-bodied market-goers
+ Occasional entertainment (juggler, live music, bouncy house, etc.)
+ Marketing materials
+ A modest stipend for the Market Manager
+ Small portable generator for electricity
+ A few less-glamorous-yet-essential items such as: Porta Potty rental, insurance, etc.
