Hello, every since I was little I knew I wanted to finish school and become something amazing. I wasn’t familiar with the field of communications but Film & Television was indeed a passion of mine. The fact I wanted to express myself more than anything and bring attention to some amazing art was and still is my goal.  In the end my grandmother and mother was my backbone.

Grandma encouraged me  and raised me, kept me alive when I was turning blue from sleep apnea and didn’t go back to work after being laid off after working at Mt. Sinai hospital after 27 ½ years just to take care of me and so my goal at that time was to provide for her and my mother if they were to become sick.

In 2008 I joined the American AirForce and shortly after was diagnosed with Essential Thrombocythemia. I just knew I had my life figured out that right after I fixed my legs from the stress fractures from the two required leg reconstruction surgeries that I would be back, but that was not to be. The blood disorder killed my military career before it began.

Even though I’m disabled I never once thought of myself as so, my resolve was to get a job and get off of Social Security and work in something where if I became sick, I could still work. I wanted to take care of myself and my family and at that time it was just me Grandma (Estelle Alice Gould) and my Mommy (Ella Mae Hill).

I found out if you don’t have many people who care for you than no matter where you live, you will still feel alone.

I learned this when my grandmother died and I had no other way of getting my grandmother cremated except to use my school fund for my senior year from Fasfa. Even then I couldn’t think straight. This happened in January 8, 2012 and my life changed forever. Every day is a struggle, the only jobs I can find are standing jobs or high level stressed jobs and even until this day I mourn both parents death.

My mother passed as well on December 17, 2015 who was my other backbone and my world was shattered. Me and Mommy struggled after grandma's passing and every dime I made went into keeping the house running. Even the cosplaying I loved so much went into hiatus and I started just wearing the same thing to any event just to keep up a stable appearance and eventually outfits were donated to me in this endevour. I was left in a empty house but I remember that they wanted me to be something and not to give up.

I want to finish school and only 6 classes away from a Film, Television and Interactive Media degree so I can get a job finally get a job in a field that I have both a passion for and not just working as a cashier loosing what ability I learned in school because its not put into practice.   I can’t stand on my legs long enough for most work because of poor bone structure and deformities in both of my feet, or the pain finally getting to me along with the stress on the job. I didn’t know if you had a 2 year associates in communications and Information technology, that it won’t even open a simple door of desk work. I just want to be productive. I tried starting my own tutoring business and so far only scam artist have contacted me. I don’t see any other way but to ask you, the ones that are close to me for help.

I want to become a Film Director some day and teach what I have learned to other other hungry minds through interactive video. I want to give people hope out there who have otherwise lost it and show that there is still kindness in the world regardless, but to do that I need to get a job that will pay a living wage with medical such as Technical Directing.
If you can’t donate after reading this, then please pass it to your friends and let them know how much this is needed.

I will keep everyone up to date as to how the fund is coming along with pictures!

I will be giving out an autographed copy of my comic print that is on smack jeeves "Flukes Out Of Water" to people who donate $50.00 and thank you.
