Medical Costs

I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type II. My medical bills and continuous visits to therapists and doctors has been draining my funds to the point that I can no longer pay rent or buy gas to get to work. I feel embarrassed posting here because I was always taught to fend for myself but I'm basically at my wits end. I am also a type one diabetic looking to be put on an insulin pump which would require added expenses for the supplies needed to keep the  monitor running. On top of all of this my boyfriend of 2yrs, who I shared everything with including an apartment, passed away on Dec 9th. I am lost and scared and completely unsure of what the future holds for me. I know this is a bad time of the year to ask for donations but any help would be appreciated beyond belief. If you cannot help, please share.
