Help Solve Keren's Head Case

About 4 years ago (January 2011) Keren started experiencing debilitating headaches.  After 2 sinus surgeries, a host of tests and procedures, several hospitalizations and more than a year of being completely unable to function due to constant severe pain, she has recently finally been diagnosed with an extremely rare condition - pterylgopalatine ganglion neuralgia.  (The largest group of nerves in your head apart from the nerves that are in the brain.  Only 1 in every 100 persons that has trigeminal neuralgia has this type of neuralgia.)  As you can imagine their medical bills have escalated to a seemingly unsurmountable level after years of searching for an answer.  

Surgery is recommended as the next step, however there are very few neurosurgeons who will even work with this diagnosis.  Thankfully Keren has been able to locate a neurosurgeon, but he is not in network on her insurance.  Please pray with us that her insurance will work with this doctor.

Rob and Keren are full time missionaries as Directors of an incredible organiztion, Pais USA, and have two lovely children.  They are extremely caring and giving individuals, always going out of their way to help anyone in need.  Keren is constantly fighting and pushing herself to do everything she can to not only continue her work but be a support to everyone around her, even while in accute pain. 

They haven't asked for help, but as their close friends we want to do anything we can to help them at this time and can only imagine what a huge burden these medical bills are for them.  Alleviating some of that stress will be a huge step towards helping them in this long fight to solve Keren's head case.
