NEW K9 officer for Waite Park

Granite City Pet Hospital loves to be involved in our local community, particularly the pet community! We donate our care and services to the police dogs of the Waite Park and Cold Spring Police Departments. We believe these canine units provide a valuable service to our city by helping protect and serve our citizens and human officers. Canine units can perform a variety of tasks, such as drug search and seizure and apprehending suspects on street patrol. Kato, the only current Waite Park Police Department dog, will be going into retirement soon. We would like to help them out by raising money so they may get a new dog and train him so this community can continue to benefit from their services. Obtaining and training a police dog is very hard work and requires hours of monthly training so they are ready at a moment’s notice. Please help by donating to these amazing dogs.
