Jazzmay's Medical Equipment Fund

Jazzmay Perez is 11 years old with a condition called hydrocephalus.  This is a condition where fluid surrounds her brain and is linked to cerebral palsy.  With this Jazzmay has been faced with many challenges in her life. She is wheelchair bound, doesn't have the ability to speak but yet still so full of life. She is surrounded by many people who love her and with an amazing family behind her she has overcome many difficulties. With that being said,  Jazzmay is in need of some costly medical equipment that will help improve the quality of her life.  So we as her family would like to ask for your help in making this possible.
