Erase Mom's Credit Card Debt...

My mother, Jane Graham-Bailey, means more to me than I can say. She is one of the most intelligent, fun, caring people I have ever known. She has been in poor health lately, and her medication bills have been taking money away from the credit card payments she has faithfully maintained for years. She is in the hospital now, with severe COPD and Asthma, and the doctors have told her she will be on higher doses of medicines, and be on them permanently. She is in absolute agony that her credit is suffering because of her health. She comes from a generation for whom debt is a four letter word, and I want to ease her mind. Today is her birthday, she is 78 years old, and I want to give her the gift of a being debt free when she passes away. The $6,850 dollars represents the total amount of Credit card debt she has accrued in her lifetime. She is terrified of dying in debt. Your donations will ease the mind of a woman who has been the best mother a son could ask for. It kills me that I can't simply write a check to pay this for her, but the economy has dealt my small business a cruel year, and while I pay for all of her other living expenses, I am struggling to keep myself, my wife, and my two adult kids in college above water.
