Support music with Jamaica Drum Jam

Donation protected

Jamaica Drum Jam brings people together through music. But it's more than an event; Our attendees have called our workshops and performances a "magical," "wonderful experience" led by "a fabulous group of talented musicians." Jamaica Drum Jam gives New Yorkers a chance to learn, discover and connect with fellow New Yorkers.

Jamaica Drum Jam was named after our beloved hometown of Jamaica, Queens and our work is to offer free and low cost music education and performances to low and moderate income individuals in New York City.  With your help, we can continue to bring great programs to New York City. Our small goal of $15,000 is enough to create 50 workshops! Since each of our workshops reaches 30-80 New Yorkers, by donating to this fundraiser you could potentially help up to 4,000 people.

For more information on our program, please visit: JamaicaDrumJam.org

Our next series of workshops will be October 10, October 17, October 24 and October 31 at the Jackson Heights branch of the Queens Library. It would be wonderful if we could reach the half-way mark by October 31st.

Having support from the community is important! It doesn't matter if you can only donate $1 or $100. Every little bit helps! Please donate but if you can't afford to donate now, please share our campaign.
