Little League Hurricane Relief

My name is Trent Howard and I'm currently a pitcher in the Baltimore Orioles organization. A few of my teammates and I were informed of some little leagues in areas that are in need of assistance due to Hurricane Sandy destroying most of their equipment and facilities. The two we are currently aiming to help are Somerville Little League in Somerset County, New Jersey, and Sandy Hook Little League in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey. 

We are trying to raise money to help these leagues, as well as the amazing people who have worked so hard to build these programs, to get back on their feet. We want to see the kids find relief in being able to play the games they love, despite the hard times they have recently been through. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated! Please help restore the lives of the great people who have had these rough times come upon them.

Just to clarify a couple things...

1. The payments are made directly to me, but that is only because the two specific little leagues weren't listed on this site as charities to donate to. I am working closely with the liason of the governors office in New Jersey to make this all possible.

2. We are trying to raise $10,000 total to give in help of these little leagues. We are also seeking those willing to send gloves, bats, or any other equipment that is in respectable shape.Please contact me if you are interested in other forms of giving!
