Hello, I'm Dave! A husband to my wife Marlene, father to Jennifer, father-in-law to Mike, grandfather to Jade, a retired Navy Veteran & a professional with a dream to seize! I am going to jump right into telling you about my purpose!

I would love to be my own boss, make my own hours, to be available for my family. Spending time with my wife, family, granddaughter and riding my motorcycle with my two Chihuahua's, Rosie and Maggie tucked in my leathers, are a few of my favorite past times. I want to be financially free to do all these things. You can help me make my dream come true.

A friendly face serving you, a couple chairs, a little table, all tucked into a fun colorful hot dog cart trailer. Not to mention great conversation as you enjoy a juicy, delicious Daves' Dawg.

You'll choose from a gourmet menu or build your own. Affordable, convenient, homemade and quality options every week coming to you! Sounds great doesn't it? My family and I think so too! Please help me, by investing in my goal, and my local small business. Through Social Media I will utilize a map app and scheduling functions to let my customers know, where and when, I will be available to them. Let me give you my back story and why I want this dream.

My passion for hot dogs stems from many trips to a local hot dog stand in Chicago with my dad. Those cherished memories helped shape a dream. Hot dogs became a delicious passion. I want to creatively share my passion with the world. I want to create memories for my family and for yours. A place that is an experience not just another hot dog! That comes right to you, wherever you are! Right here in your very own backyard, of Kitsap County, I am making my dream a reality. Please join me in making it come true.

My mobile hot dog cart investigation began two years ago. I researched, recruited my daughter's assistance, and am ready to get underway. Funds are the first order of business. I jumped online, and found this great site to assist me. It has provided me with the tools, know how, tons of suggestions and a launching pad to work from.

There is plenty involved in getting set up. I will have to build the cart onto a trailer (I already have the trailer), county health dept approval is needed, buying supplies, obtaining liability insurance, and more, but that part is boring, I assure you, it adds up fast!

I will keep this page updated, informing you of the steps along the way. I am excited to take you along on my journey to independent business ownership..... The All American Dream!!
