HOMELESS DISABLED PLEASE HELP

  42 year old male living on the streets in Carlisle, Pa. After breaking my jaw in Dec 2012 in 3 places and a botched surgery. I lost my job, my income, my insurance and 6 months later my home as well. That was May 2013 just over a year ago. That is also when I found out through X-ray that my jaw was and is still broke in 2 places. NO insurance NO income. In need of at least one more surgery and would like to get off the street before it starts getting cold out.
  This x-ray was takin 6 Mos. after i broke my jaw in 3 places and had lost my job apartment and everything owned and after the first surgery which as one can see my jaw is still broke in 2 places and nowhere near set correctly. Am tween surgeries unable to work no insurance no income except food stamps and am currently Homeless due to the whole mess.
