Hand Controls & Drivers' Ed for Romeo
Donation protected
Romeo just turned 16! Since he has spina bifida he needs adaptive equipment to drive. We need to raise: $500 for an occupational therapy evaluation which will test romeo's hand-eye coordination, reaction time, etc. and help determine what adaptive equipment he will need. $1,250 for push/rock hand controls, $350 pedal guard, and $90 for a steering knob on my own 2006 chevy hhr (which will be given to romeo upon graduation). For now he will use it to go on outings for himself and family. $339 Driver's Education to teach Romeo how to use the hand controls and get him started on his drive time to receive his license. I would love for Romeo to be able to have his driver's license at age 16. Thank you for helping me achieve this life goal for him.
