Harvest's Bounty

Harvest's Bounty is a food distribution program in the Charleroi Area School District. Since approximately 50% of our student population qualifies for free or reduced lunch, our goal was to offer students with easily-prepared, nutritious food. Initially we provided bags on a monthly basis, but over time were able to help students and their families weekly.  The program was started at the middle school level during the 2014-15 school year, and we will expand to the elementary beginning in September 2015.
