Glatfelter Bathroom Project

The current restroom facilities at Glatfelter Field are in disrepair and have been in need of renovating for a long time. CBAA began fundraising to renovate the restrooms in 2014 however after much research, it has been determined that a renovation will not solve the problem and it will be more cost effective in the long run to construct a new restroom facility. CBAA and the Glatfelter Foundation has formed a committee to raise funds for the new restroom building which will be placed next to the existing concession stand. The funds that were collected in 2014 toward a renovation project will be used to start the construction of the new building.

We are asking the community for help in raising funds for this project. We can all remember playing ball or watch our children/grandchildren at Glatfelters. Or maybe you played street hockey, pick up games of basketball or attended other community events like the National Night Out or Easter Egg Hunt. Glatfelter Field is a community hub and we are hoping we can count on you for support.

· Letter Campaign – donation request letters are being mailed to businesses and organizations in Columbia and surrounding areas. If you know of a business or organization that did not receive a letter and is interested in donating, please contact Robin Gamby at [email redacted]
