Let's kick Oliver out of the US

Our dear friend Oliver is a citizen of the world, and it's time for him to go explore his home, and share his beauty with his neighbors.
Being a wandering minstrel of the highest calibre is pure nobility, but not necessarily profitable enough to help him pursue his goals, so let us all pitch-in and kick him out of the United States. As much as we love having Oliver in the bay area, it's greedy for us to want him to stay here, so let us share him with others.
My proposal is that we try to raise $2,500 for him to achieve his dreams of wandering the world, perhaps eternally.
$1,000 as a safety-net for food and lodging as he learns the ropes
$ 750 for a one-way flight to Europe
$ 500 to help him buy a quality violin for his travels
$ 250 for visas
