Help Foxy Lady walk on all 4's again

Hi,
My name is Kristan Rush and I have the cutest miniature Pomeranian named Foxy Lady. She is 7 years old and is the sweetest thing ever. Over the summer of 2012 Foxy Lady tore her ACL in her left hind leg. I got the appropriate surgery done for her right away. After the surgery she still wasn't using her leg and I took Foxy back to the vet who did the surgery several times to find out what the problem was. The vet gave me physical therapy stretches to do for 2 months and said she would be walking on her leg again soon. I followed the vet's instructions and my poor Foxy Lady still wasn't using her leg again. After months of continuous efforts, I brought Foxy Lady to an orthopedic specialist who informed me that Foxy Lady needs another surgery for her Luxating Patella on the same knee, that is now a grade 4 (the worst grade) and her knee cap is completely out of place. After using all of my savings for her ACL surgery I can't afford the $4000 six months later for another surgery and for the specialist to fix any problems that occurred in the first surgery.
I brought Foxy to another vet to try and get a lower estimate for the Patella surgery. I spoke with a second qualified vet who did a consultation with Foxy Lady and told me that her knee condition is so bad, and with the complications of the first surgery, to get the Patella surgery done by a specialist if I wanted a better success rate.
After, many attempted tries this is my best option to get my dog walking on her leg again. I have never had to ask for help like this before, and I would greatly appreciate anyone who could help Foxy Lady.
