Surgery Recovery Housing Help

Donation protected
This is my daughter HeatherGodwin-She had fled her home due to domestic violence over a year ago. Throughout this year she has had two bad rental agreements which ended up with her and my two grand children homeless.

I work 24/7 as a Home Health Nurse living at the home of my patient at this time.
Every bit of my earnings have gone to keep them with a roof over their heads in some way.

On February 9th 2015 my daughter was involved in a Automobile Accident with one of my grand children in the car with them. There were injuries but prognosis is with their injuries everything will heal in time.

She developed Headaches that were unbearable within a week after this accident.
I had taken her to the Emergency Room and they finally did a CAT Scan.
To our surprise they found a Mass around her Pituitary Gland the size of a Peach Pit and hitting against her Optical Nerve.
This alerted doctor's to do a MRI.

Upon our consultation with her Doctor, he referred her to a Neuro Surgeon in which we had a hard time getting a hold of. After a few attempts to locate a Neuro Surgeon she became rather Ill sensitive to light , mass confusion. I took her to Emergency again.
The Emergency Doctor put in motion the process of getting to a Neuro Surgeon immediately by contacting and speaking directly with this Neuro Surgeon. He read the images and told the Emergency Doctor to get her to his office Monday Morning ( March 8th)

I took her to this Neuro Surgeon and to another surprise he pulled up a CAT scan that had been done on her from 2 years ago and he saw there was the mass there at that time. It was tiny , smaller than the Pituitary Gland but no one saw this then which resulted in our findings to date.

My daughter needs to have a roof over her head for recovery as surgery is going to be Scheduled on March 24th or 25th as one of the doctor's who she needs to see prior to surgery is out of town until March 23rd.
As I mentioned every bit of my salary has gone to help. The best that I could of done while looking for an Apartment or Home for her and the kids has been a Motel at $2200.00 a month. I also help with some food, laundry money and things the kids need. Which has brought me to my knees financially.
I am trying to raise at least this much mentioned above to keep the kids in the motel until her surgery and after surgery as she will need a place to re-cooperate. The critical thing about her recovery is she needs to rest,. One of the set backs is Spinal Fluid watch which can leak to the brain if she isn’t down with rest . Being homeless is horrible especially the anticipation of this surgery and not knowing where to go to recover. I could spend 3,000.00 a day for her to go to a rehab center but that is impossible right now.
I also help support my own elderly mother.

Heather over the last 6-7 years has helped out many, many people sometimes more than once with a meal , a couch to sleep on , rides to where they need to go. Heather has been the " To-go" girl for these friends even the friends parents a time or two in their need.
At this time she has reached out for help to the same people she has helped and they are not there for her in return. This is very sad to me.
I realize this is very hard times for so many people and breaks my heart that other’s are in a bad way also. But I am
asking you to feel in your heart and help raise $2,200.00 for a months stay at the motel , by donating what ever you can donate. The resources in Yamhill County are next to nothing, we have ran out of the list given for help. I have put my life and finances all to my daughter and grand children. I have put my Harley Davidson motorcycle up for sale, in hopes to raise some money but this takes some time.

I have kept silent thinking I can do this all by myself without asking for help. I can no longer stay silent this is a critical time. I am humble by asking for help.
Thank you.
