Five-star dining for the homeless

Hello everyone! My name is Peter and I am a student at Southern Oregon University. This term, my University Seminar class is experimenting with social activism. The group I am a part of is to provide the homeless with a five-star dining experience. It gives us the opportunity to show the homeless that someone cares, and to have someone wait on them. Initially we were looking for food donations from the community as well as a chef to donate his or her time. This did not turn out h.ow we had hoped. So now we have decided to hire a restaurant to cater the event. Budgeted at around $50.00 per person. Anything would be greatly appreciated. The event will be held on April 24th at the United Methodist Church in Ashland
