Evolution Coffee Bar is an eco-concious coffee shop located in Echo Park, CA.
We've partnered up with Intelligentsia Coffee to utilize the best techniques in coffee service, that are also eco-friendly
(including re-usable coffee filters, brewing only a cup to order, etc). We believe we can change the way consumers view
coffee shops.
All our pastries are plant-based, and made by local artisan bakers.
We promote eco-concious practices in our building such re-usable mugs, re-usable stirrers, recycle and compost bins,
automatic water systems, air hand dryers, and others.
Our vendors and partners all use sustainable resources like reusable containers, electronic invoicing, and others.
Our business model is based off Tom's One For One Movement, where we donate a hot breakfast for a child in need
for every cup of coffee sold.
