Eugene's Stage 4 Cancer Fundraiser

I wanted to let you all know the Eugene passed away on December 26 at 7:05am. His family would like to thank all of you for all of your donations and prayers. They really helped put Eugene's mind at ease as money should have been the last thing on his mind.
The service will be held at Mount Olivet Mortuary on December 31st at 9:00 am. All who would like to attend are more then welcome to. We want to thank you all again for all the support and donations we know Eugene truly appreciated so very much.



Eugene Merys was recently diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and it has spread to his liver. Eugene has been a loyal and excellent hair designer for many years in the Lakewood area. He is now unable to work. In this industry if you don't work you don't have money coming in. However life demands money to exist, so we have set up this fundraiser to help him in his time of need. It seems we all have times of need at some point or another. Please donate as much and as often as you can. Thank you so much!

Update 8/28/15: Eugene is scheduled for liver surgery on Friday September 25 at St Anthony’s hospital. The surgery will take 6 to 8 hours and hospital recovery time is about a week. After that he will start chemo therapy treatment. He will be on chemo for about 6 months. Thank you so much for all of your continued support and donations!!
