Taylor's computer for Duke

Hello, My name is Taylor. I am 13 years old and attend seventh grade in middle school. I have two younger sisters, a loving family, and a cat. I play saxophone in band at school; band is a new love of mine. I am a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Every Person in Christ. I love to read, and I would live at the library if my mom would let me. :) I am doing Go Fund Me to try to raise money for a new computer to take a online college class thru Duke University. I have been in a gifted program since I was in second grade, have been in the Jr Beta Club for three years, Knowledge Bowl for four years, won an award for being in the top ten for Knowledge Bowl in the county last year. I also received an award from President Obama last year for having all "A's" and advanced on TCAP since third grade. I took the ACT in December of 2014, my scores showed I am ready to take college class in every subject except math. I will be going May 11 to accept a state award for my ACT scores.
Duke University has offered summer e-studies to me. The cost of one class is $850, my mom said she will try to pay for that before the deadline to pay is over. But, I have another issue!!!! I don't have a computer. I need a computer that will work very well as a student computer. The class I want to do is Computer Science: Designing and Developing Mobile Apps. My mom said she can not pay for both the class and a computer. She has my sisters that need things as well. With a laptop I can take it with me to work on the e-studies while my mom is at work over the summer.
Please help me out in raising these funds.
Some people think that because I have nice shoes or money for a drink at school, that I don't need help with such things. The truth is that they don't see how much my mom does without so my sisters and I can do with.
