Glen Cove Deasy School's Playground

The Deasy playground needs an overhaul. It is outdated and the kids deserve better!

As you probably know the Deasy playground is more than a school playground, it’s a community asset. It is used by the kids attending Glen Cove City Camp during the summer, our universal Pre-K population, and on the weekend by children from our Glen Cove community. Our children need a fun, engaging place to burn off energy and we want to provide that. Our goal is to raise $75,000 for a new playground. We are appealing to our local politicians and applying for grants. We will be doing traditional fundraisers as well. However, crowdfunding is a great way to get Deasy Playground Fund kicked off! Please give what you can. Everything helps and we need it! 100% money raised will go toward building the very best playground for our children and our city.
