Funds needed post kidney transplant

I have had kidney problems over much of my life, and it is now end-stage.  I have been on the waiting list for a transplant for two years, and the time is coming near when the transplant can happen.  I have been able to maintain the dialysis and all that goes along with that.  There will be a 6-month recovery period after the transplant where I will not be able to work.  My wife has applied to be a living donor, which would place both of us out of work for a period of time.  I am raising funds to help me get through this with my family.  I have two children who would love to help but they are underage.
