Conor's Hounds for Hope

Conor's Hounds for Hope is a campaign to raise money for other autistic kids to get an Autism Assistance Dog. My son Conor, who is autistic, was able to raise the money to get his service dog, Peyton. Peyton has done wonders for my son and our family and we have seen significant advances in Conor's speech and improvement in his behavior and social interaction. We are setting up a charity called "Conor's Hounds for Hope" to raise money for other kids to get service dogs. 

These dogs can make an enormous difference in the lives of these kiddos and their families. Our experience has been so positive that we would like to help others get a chance to add an assistance dog to their child's life.

These dogs are highly trained and therefore very expensive. The dogs and the travel expenses exceed $15,000 per dog. We plan to sponsor puppies and work with the kennel we got our Peyton to match the right child and family with the right dog. Our goal is to grow our charity every year, thereby offering more opportunities for more families to get their service dog and the extra help so many autistic children need.
