Keeping custody of Claudia

I am a single mom of 2 kids and a full time student. My daughter is transgender and I am currently trying to fight for full custody of her from her father who mentally, emotionally and psychologically abusing her. When she has gone to his house at the beginning of the year, he was forcing her to be her assigned gender at birth as well as being told that she is not and will not be a girl and that she is a boy and always will be. As a mom this worries me extremely especially since he was extremely emotionally and mentally abusive towards me. Any and all help is appreciated, no matter how little or big it may be. The actual lawyer fees are $2500, anything above that will be put towards her therapy that the insurance doesn't pay for (her therapist is not within network and we have tried other therapists that are within network but they were not a good fit for my daughter and what her needs are) Thank you for taking the time to read this.
