Yarn for Donatable Charity Hats
One dollar will make a difference.
The Hooks & Books Club of Cypress, Texas is a group of Crocheters that wish to raise funds to utilize the knitting machines that have been so graciously donated to our group to put towards the making of free donated machine knit hats to people who need them.
Please look over our Reward Levels at the bottom of the page. The Reward Level determines the number of knitted hats donated on your behalf to the charity of your choice.
Your donations will make possible the purchase of yarn to go towards the making of donatable knitted hats.
The knitted hats made will serve MD Anderson Cancer Center locally by way of Chemo Hats for their patients.
Hats & other warming garments will be made for area shelters for people who have need of them during the cold winter months.
The potential for making so many more donated knitted hats is now possible with the donated knitting machines our group is going to receive.
We're now focusing on acquiring yarn to make many donatable hats for our community.
If you could please find it in your heart to make a donation, even one dollar would make a difference, every knitted hat we make is a small contribution to making the world a better place one stitch at a time.

Donation Reward Levels are as follows:
$25 High-Five Level-donation for 1 hat donated in their name to the charity of their choice.
$50 Hug Level-donation for 5 hats donated in their name to the charity of their choice.
$100 Bear Hug Level-donation for 10 hats donated in their name to the charity of their choice.
Groups past commitment: Here are two different links to a FREE Pattern for a Crocheted Chemo Cap that one group member has donated & had over 1,100 downloads going towards the making of such donatable hats. We wish to continue putting hats into the hands of people who need them much faster with the knitting machines we hope to raise funds for.
