Please help now ! Being forced out of job due to disibilities, frequent hospitilization due to recurring pancreatitis, and currently without income because of disciplinary action from HR for my "absenteeism."

The first paragraph was written over a year ago, and even with many people fighting for the right to work, including Drs, union reps, legal advisors, after having to leave the position due to a workers comp condition, (never compensated for or examined by the promised QME), was placed on disability by PCP Dr. However, HR department took this as the final opportunity to terminate, violating ADA laws in the process and continuing a pattern of over 8 years of harassment & discrimination.

Case has been upheld (won) in front of the merit board and now will be heard in front of an administrative law judge, but that is only for the hollow victory of telling the employer they handled this wrong, it doesn't include damages for losing a home, a marriage, friends, family, being diagnosed with PTSD, constant nightmares... Only a civil case of discrimination can do that and include the other issues like 13 years of being passed over for promotions and lateral transfers even when the ONLY applicant and most qualified for the position. 

Funding for a lawyer or legal team is much needed. As well as help with expenses for the long road ahead. The fight can take years. The shift from professional librarian salary to disability has been rough, but there's still been many months with 0 income. Worse months with 0 health insurance.

Alyson has been battling debilitating migraines and chronic pain including fibromyalgia, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis and other pain conditions for years. Numerous treatments, procedures, and even surgery have left her with a better understanding that there is no cure for pain, but that with proper support she can enact a positive plan of chronic pain maintenance and management. Without support countless hours of life (birthdays, celebrations, time with friends and family) have been missed due to both chronic and acute debilitating pain from these conditions and others. Illness can be isolating and Alyson has struggled for years with trying to balance illness, life, and finances. Currently terminated due to disability, unable to work until case is settled, she has been losing money from her small amount of savings. With no word about if or when at all she'll be able to return to work Alyson is in need of help to visit her doctors, fill prescriptions, and prepare for the future. Her final paycheck was >$400 due to illness and disciplinary actions from HR. Any and all help even just positivity are welcomed. Love to all.
