I am raising money for...
The grand opening of Camera Ready Kutz, Inc. as a storefront shop. I have found a lovely cozy space in Crown Heights near transportation that has the potential to become a solid fixture in the community. I have been kutting hair from one of the bedrooms in my apt for the past 8 years and it's time to expand. My passion is to create a comfortable, clean, inviting and open barbershop experience for LGBTQAI folks...that is straight friendly of course ;)
I plan to have more barbers, a beautician and eventually a nail tech, along with more products and other services available.
The space I am interested in has a separate room that will allow me to have a tattoo artist, masseus or any other new service available monthly or weekly for folks to enjoy.
The money collected will go towards...Renovations, start up rents and security, equipment, furniture & fixtures, signage, security system, insurance, advertising and marketing.
