CHCAC Christmas for Kids

Giving Tuesday celebrates and encourages charitable activities that support nonprofit organizations. What better way to give back to the community than to help make the holiday season a little better for children who have been physically or sexually abused.
This year the Children’s House (CHCAC) is launching a GivingTuesday campaign to help make the Holidays a little more enjoyable for the child victims we have provided services to within the last year.  In 2017 The CHCAC through community collaboration was able to provide approximately 150 Bradford county children with Christmas presents to open on Christmas Morning through our Christmas  for Kids program. The Children’s House is a nationally accredited Children’s Advocacy Center that provides specialized and invaluable crisis services such as forensic interviews, medical exams, advocacy, and mental health services to child victims and their families free of charge. Again, our hopes for this holiday season is to ensure all children have a present to open Christmas morning. This is only possible with the help of community partners such as yourselves.
