Bud's Battle - Charles Millar

On September 9th 2017 my father, Charles Millar Jr. received the terrifying diagnosis of Mantle Cell Lymphoma.  Although at an early stage, the doctors have chosen to hit this cancer hard to give him the chance to beat this.  And hard they have hit!

Since starting chemotherapy on his birthday, October 3rd 2018, the treatment has been nothing short of torture day in and day out with the side effects kicking in full gear.  We have made numerous trips to the hospital for emergencies and prayed all along the way that no matter what the cost, they save his life.  Doctors and Specialists have become the only people that my Dad can leave the house for most days anymore.

We are doing everything that we can to keep him comfortable and tend to his needs as he has lost the ability to do much for himself right now as the medicine takes it's toll. 

But nothing takes a toll on our family like a financial struggle on top of a cancer battle.  

We are having a benefit on March 3rd 2018 at the 2nd Street Shooters N.Y.B clubhouse at 38 S. Jackson Street Philadelphia PA 19148. @ 7pm
