Bronx Tails' 2nd Annual Fundraiser
Bronx Tails Cat Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
We are volunteers, dedicated to improving the lives of local stray and feral cats in the Bronx and Harlem by performing Trap-Neuter-Return of stray and feral cats living in managed colonies in our communities, providing medical care for sick and injured feral cats, and rescuing friendly strays for adoption to forever homes.
Last year Bronx Tails neutered 484 feral cats, and adopted out 180 cats and kittens (and one dog.)
Your donation will pay for food, litter, meds, and vet visits for the next year.
Check out some of our amazing before and after pictures below:
Bruiser is a 15-year-old feral cat who was trapped so Bronx Tails could patch up his infected wounds. Then he decided he preferred being a retired gentleman of leisure indoors.
Snoopy was found beaten, his muzzle duct-taped shut, hung by his neck from a banister with shoelaces. Bronx Tails and Second Chance Rescue took care of his recovery, and he has been adopted.
Knucky was seen being thrown from a minivan in the pouring rain. A good samaritan called in Bronx Tails after Knucky was seen hiding under a car for hours, waiting for his owners to come back. He is now adopted to a loving and responsible home.
Plato had been carrying a metal plate on his neck for several years, according to neighborhood sightings. Bronx Tails patiently earned his trust, then had the fire department remove his plate with a saw. He has turned out to be a gentle, loving fellow.
Bronx Tails will apparently rescue anything that even resembles a cat.
Q.B. was found close to death with her kitten, who sadly did not survive. But Q.B. has recovered and is waiting for her new forever home.
