Brigitte Smith 4 State Rep. Dist 22

I am running for State Representative in Florida, District 22, because I feel as though the people are currently not represented.  I am a Veteran who was a Direct Commission as 1st LT shortly after the twin towers came down. I felt the visceral desire to join our country in the fight for security.  I am an operating room nurse of 24 years and there is not a more trustworthy position.  As I put patients on an operating room  table in their most vulnerable position, you bet I will protect the people’s interest in Tallahassee.  I am also a Farmer and average person who wants this position to restore faith and government back to the people.  I continuously give abroad, as a medical missionary I travel to the most indigent areas in the world where we provide life changing surgeries to the less fortunate of that country.  I am not the establishment candidate and running a grass roots campaign. I am not bought or paid for by special interests who expect a vote in their favor for campaign funding. I only owe the people and will vote my district and conscience! My top goals when elected are to revise Florida Standards to include true history of biblical principles in our Constitution.  Secondly free the VA.  I have acted as patient advocate for veterans and will continue that advocacy in Tallahassee supporting only what is best for our Veterans.  We The People need people with passion and a visceral desire to help people in Tallahassee as there has been too many establishment elite and dark money transactions.
