Hello fellow sandwich lovers! My name is Marie Yniguez and I am the Chef and Owner of Bocadillos NM. I am writing on behalf of myself and my crew. We would first like to thank you for all of the support you've given us. We have been able to further our business so quickly that we are now opening a second location! We now need to hire at least 10 more people to join our already awesome crew who will staff our new Expandwich! We'll also need more equipment to start Slow Roasting the Northeast Heights! This is why we need your help! We are teaming up with other local restaurants and businesses to keep the 505 local. Our new location is made from salvaged shipping containers and will also be used for year round hydroponic farming. This project is the first of it's kind in New Mexico and we are so excited to be hand picked by Green Jeans Farmery. Our container is in and we are almost ready to roll!
