1. I am Reggie Mabry and I am independent research scholar on the history and politics of the African American.
2. I currently reside in NYC but was born in Newport News, Va. I have deep Southern Roots. I currently am active in the conscious awareness movement of Black Americans.
3. I am the person raising the funds - I raising money to help with my research and for the production and distribution of the ideas around the "Black City Plan".
4. The funds are spent in distributing the plan at TheBlackCityPlan.com - and cost associated with updating and further disseminating the work.
5. My Plan gives African American's a plan that they can incorporate to make "Black Lives Better and Matter".
