New Birth Center in Tepoztlan, Mexico

Tree of Life Video is a sustainable video company founded by Maurizio Parro in 2010. It promotes natural childbirths and women's health and wellness during pregnancy. Its main objective is to give support to Native Peoples by preserving their ancient culture and healing traditions. Tree of Life Video wishes to raise awareness in communities by defending the work of traditional midwives, shamans and all people working throughout the world for the wellbeing of our next generations.

In 2011 Angelina Martinez, an ancient traditional midwife, and all her family, as a result of violent terroristic attacks in their community in Temixco, in the state of Morelos, Mexico, had to run away from their previous house where more than 26 babies were born every month. Every year hundreds of people and students from all over the world were coming to stay at her house to learn from her traditional care in mexican midwifery.

Through the sale of this movie, Tree Of Life Video is also raising funds to help Angelina Martinez and her family to build a new Birth Center in Tepoztlan to create another safe place for her and for the next mexican babies to be born in peace.
