About Helping Hearts Equine Rescue:
“January, 2013 marks Helping Hearts Equine Rescue’s 5th Anniversary. In this time, we have taken in nearly 120 horses, donkeys & mules. We maintain an average population of 12-15 equines as they wait for adoption, undergo rehabilitation or remain as permanent residents. In addition to our direct in-house rescue activities, in 2009, HHER initiated a networking effort with a local auction house, which to date has enabled nearly 3,500 feed lot/slaughter-bound horses to receive the chance of a fresh-start into loving and caring homes and careers.”
Please help us to raise funds which will go directly to Ozzy, who is in need of care in order regulate his asthma and give him the chance to be healthy and loved. At our previous benefit, we raised over $700! Help us get to our goal of $1000 for Ozzy. Join us under the stars with returning musical guests: The Wonder Junkies, and friend Bob Beach.
