Bear Hug Band's new outreach album

Hey guys! We are right in the middle of recording a new album. It's exhausting, fun, and absolutely rewarding. But we need you're help! If ya'll would like to lend a hand, or have never even heard of us, check this project out. Here is what the band has to say:

The Bear Hug Band is a group of friends that formed a band to reach out to kids with The Gospel and with music about our amazing Savior Jesus Christ. There are just way too many incredible things that the Lord has done, and that He continues to do to just be silent! With the Gospel message as their springboard, the band has written and prepared a brand new eleven song album. Carrying on from their previous album, "Who's Got Their Armor On?" the Bear Hug Band has made sure to tie their shoes with the readiness to share the Good News!

This new album is going to be very unique in that it is going to be an exciting adventure story featuring the band and some crazy friends of theirs as voice actors. Loaded with humor and lighthearted fun, the whole gang will meet some interesting characters who will teach them important truths from the Bible and point them to Christ. The story will have the Gospel message laid out very clearly for children with the opportunity for the listener of the album to receive Jesus Christ as his/her Savior and Lord. This is going to be a full-blown audio Gospel tract with some upbeat tunes infused into it!

The goal of this new record is to reach as many kids and families as possible with the love of Christ. A huge part of the vision behind this album is to make a CD that can be passed on to a friend at school, or to a family member who may not know Jesus. Teaching kids how to share their faith starts with them having confidence in The Savior they believe in, and to know what it means that He died and rose again for them. The ministry of this album seeks to equip, challenge, and teach kids some heavy doctrine in a fun way that is easy to understand.

The album will feature the songs: Hey Peter!, Psalm 139, Sing A Melody, Pow-Pow-Pow-Powerful, Second Chances & much more!

Come and join in on the fun with the Bear Hug Band as they spread the most amazing news about Jesus raising from the dead to not only save us, but to give us life filled with joy and peace forever with Him!

The money raised from GoFundMe.com will all go into covering the costs of our studio time, engineer/producer costs, and the mixing and mastering of the album. This is strictly where all donations will be going. This means that everyone that helps us out will be making this whole project possible. We truly can't do this without you guys!

Any additional funds that come in for this project will go directly to making some interactive DVDs so you can follow along with the hand motions and dance moves at home. This has been something the band has dreamed of for years, but never had the means to produce it. So just know that anything extra above our project goal will go directly into the creation of some fun DVDs!

P.S. In the rewards section for people who can support this outreach album, you may find an interesting one called "The Chipmunk Hug EP." This is an EP of some choice Bear Hug Band songs sped up, slowed down, or remixed. Hearing them made us laugh, and so we thought we would pass it along to our homies who can support the project!
