BABY HAVEN ETERNAL HELPS-GONZALES
IN THE ARMS OF JESUS
I am writing on behalf of Toni Gonzales, the Residential Director of my company, Divinely Clean & Freedom Services. Not only has she been a faithful and committed staff member for over four years, she is an excellent manager, and a caring Mother to her children, Siena 7, and David 4. She also just had a beautiful newborn baby boy named Haven Eternal, who was 2 ½ weeks old. She awoke early on the morning of October 21, 2014 to find her baby not breathing and turning blue. The paramedics came quickly and tried to resuscitate him for half an hour, but they could not save him.
The protocol of Social Services for infant mortality in the home calls for immediate removal of other children until the parents are cleared of foul play, drugs, and alcohol. An autopsy was performed, and it was determined there those things were not present. However, the State of Colorado dictates that the parents blood be tested, which takes an additional two- three weeks, during which the kids can’t return to the home.
Toni lives for her kids, and to be separated from them has been traumatizing to both her and her children during this time. She has single handedly raised them , and pours her life into them continusly. She has been able to see them, but the court system and their procedures were very very slow. She just found out they will be released to her next week. After the a lengthy investigation, nothing found to prevent her from getting her children back at home.
She is the sole breadwinner of the family. She was on maternity leave prior to this, and when she doesn’t work, there is no other source of income. So we decided to get this information to as many people as possible to get support for this mother. The cost of a funeral, and subsequent expenses are great.
ANY amount you can donate is helpful as it all adds up. NO amount is too small. She not only needs financial assistance with funeral expenses, but day-to-day living expenses as well.
There are few things so sweet as give and to bless those in a time of real need. Thank you for your consideration and thoughtfulness to read this. May you be blessed as well.
Gratefully,
