We would love to have a baby/adopt

Rob and I were married in 2009. For those of you who don't know, Rob and I began our IVF journey in 2010, but moving/finances kept us from starting a cycle. We were able to raise money/get a loan for a single IVF cycle in 2013 while in Dugway, Utah. Our IVF attempt was a success, but unfornately we miscarried twins May 2013.
Since then, we have been in the process of Adoption/Foster Care for the last 2 Years. We are a Military family and we started our adoption journey in OK in 2014. It took 11 months to get certified in OK and we were unable to adopt because we got stationed in SC a month later. The adoption process takes 6 month from the placement of a child. Unfortunaltly, that didn't leave us enough time to get a placement and adopt. As soon as we got to SC we re-started the adoption certification process. It has taken 11 months so far and we are not anywhere near done. We've completed all the paperwork and necessary training, but we are still waiting for our home study to be done. Every State does it's certification at their own pace. We will be getting orders to move again in December of 2016? As our next move gets closer, we find ourselves getting discouraged. We need to have a child placement and have at least 6 months for the adoption to be finalized. Each time we get stationed in a different State we have to re-start the foster/adoption process again because nothing transfers. We've lived 5 places in 6 years and it's hard to get everything done when you move that much. We were hopeful here because we were going to be here longer, but our hope is running out.
We may have to try the IVF route again.
IVF or Private Adoption can cost anywhere from $15,000 to $30,000. We realize not everyone can donate or even donate a lot. Every donation made is very much appreciated wether it's $5 or bigger amount.
As we journey through this process we are in need of your prayers. We have had a long road and we have a long road ahead. We trust that God will help provide the funds needed to bring a little one in our lives whether it's through adoption or IVF. So please add us to your prayer list and ask God to give us wisdom and clarity during this time.
We've started a fundraiser on Go Fund Me to help raise the funds. Any amount that is donated will go towards the cost of IVF or adoption and is very much appreciated. It's been our dream to have, parent, and love a child together, so please help make this dream a come true.
