Topless travel trip for Amy

My wife Amy loves going topless, but unfortunately there aren't many local places where she can (legally). I'd love to take her on a trip to New York where she can legally be topless anywhere she wants to go, but we just don't have the money. I've checked prices on flights and hotel rooms, and we'd need about $2000 for the flight and room for the two of us, plus other expenses (taxis, food, etc.) I hope people can help us with this! Any little bit that people can donate would help.
